Add a new dimension of CBT pleasure with the Tom’s Spikes Stainless Steel CBT Device

The Tom’s Spikes CBT device adds a whole new dimension to cock and ball play, for partners. When applied — around the scrotum — the device can be locked into place. Once that’s done, a hex key is used to push screw points through the device and onto the wearer. While designed to not pierce the skin, the screw points will still create new sensations when fully inserted. The screw points can even be removed entirely and The Tom’s Spikes can be used as a standard ball stretcher.
